A Workshop for Digital Product Creators
If your memory, your custom GPTs, and years of trained context all live inside ChatGPT — you don't own your AI brain. You're renting it. The AI Brain Migration Lab shows you exactly how to change that.
Think about everything you've built inside ChatGPT over the last year or two. The memory it has about your business. The custom GPTs you spent hours dialing in. The way it learned your voice, your frameworks, your offers. That is genuinely valuable intellectual property — and right now, it lives entirely on a platform you don't control.
If the only place your AI brain exists is inside one company's dashboard, you are one policy change, one pricing shift, or one platform disruption away from starting over.
This isn't about politics, and it isn't about abandoning ChatGPT. It's about something more fundamental: building portable systems that belong to you. Claude has a fundamentally different architecture — Projects, Memory, Skills — and once you understand how to use it, it can do things no other AI platform currently offers.
ChatGPT and Claude are built differently. Claude has Projects, account-wide Memory, and Skills — three features that have no direct equivalent in ChatGPT. That means the migration isn't just copying and pasting prompts. It means understanding where things belong in a fundamentally different system.
The AI Brain Migration Lab walks you through the whole move, step by step, using the exact prompts and process I used to migrate my own AI infrastructure. I ran every extraction prompt on my own ChatGPT account. I rebuilt my own cognitive profile in Claude. I replicated my own custom GPTs. Every lesson is based on what I actually did.
Each lesson builds on the last. By the end, you have a fully rebuilt AI brain inside Claude — not just a copy of what you had in ChatGPT, but a smarter, more portable version that runs on a platform designed for this kind of deep integration.
Run two extraction prompts — one for your business, one for your personal context — and load them into Claude's account-wide memory. This kicks off a dynamic system that updates every day as you work.
Export your entire ChatGPT history and use that archive to build a dedicated Claude Project you can chat with. Your old ChatGPT brain becomes a searchable knowledge base inside Claude.
The bridge that makes large file transfers between platforms possible without reformatting everything by hand. You'll set it up and learn exactly when and how to use it.
Run eight strategic extraction prompts — brand voice, offer architecture, audience psychology, marketing history — and export them as markdown files you can drop into any Claude Project.
ChatGPT and Claude handle Projects differently. This lesson maps the two systems side by side so you know exactly what to replicate, what to restructure, and what Claude does better natively.
Skills are something ChatGPT does not have. You'll learn what Skills are, how they work across your entire account, how to build one, and how to call multiple Skills into the same conversation at once.
Some custom GPTs should become Claude Skills. Others should become Projects. This lesson gives you the exact framework I use to make that call, so you're not rebuilding things in the wrong format.
Every extraction prompt, every decision framework, and every step in the migration process in one Google Doc you copy to your own Drive. You work through it alongside the lessons and keep it forever.

Access Inside the Empowered AI Collective
Your classroom lives inside my free Skool community, where you can ask questions and connect with other creators doing the same migration.
Grab the workshop on its own for $55, or join Empowered Business Society® and get this workshop included free — along with a full library of AI workshops, monthly live calls with Monica, and a community of creators building at the same time.
You'll purchase inside the Empowered AI Collective, our free Skool community. Join free, then unlock the workshop in the Classroom.

The honest framing: You purchase the AI Brain Migration Lab directly inside the Empowered AI Collective, which is my free Skool community. You can join for free, browse what's there, and then unlock the workshop in the Classroom. You don't need an EBS membership to access it. That said — the honest math: the standalone workshop is $55 one time and makes complete sense if you want exactly this and nothing else. But EBS is $49 per month and includes the AI Brain Migration Lab free for all members, a full workshop library, monthly live calls, monthly Get It Done Weeks, and a community of creators implementing at the same time. If you plan to keep building your AI workflows beyond this one workshop, EBS is the better investment at essentially the same price.
I have an MBA in Finance. I have been running Empowered Business™ since 2013. I teach from direct experience, never theory — which means when I built the AI Brain Migration Lab, I did it by going through the process myself. I extracted my own ChatGPT memory. I rebuilt my own cognitive profile inside Claude. I replicated my own custom GPTs into Claude Projects and Skills.
Every lesson in this workshop is based on what I actually did, not what I think you should try. That distinction matters to me. It should matter to you too, because you're not buying a tutorial — you're buying a tested process from someone who has already made the mistakes and figured out what actually works.
Over the last decade I've helped more than 60,000 creators build and scale their businesses. This workshop is one of the most practical things I've built because the problem it solves is one I solved for myself first.
You don't need years of ChatGPT history. If you have any meaningful context built up — even a few months of conversations, one or two custom GPTs, or memory that reflects your business — the migration is worth doing. The process scales to whatever you have. That said, if you've never used ChatGPT and are starting fresh with AI, you can skip the migration entirely and just start in Claude. However, you may find the workshop useful for setting up your Claude account from scratch because I do go into depth about that as well.
No. You can do everything I teach with a free Claude account.
The ChatGPT archive export can take 24 to 48 hours from OpenAI's side — kick it off on day one and work on other lessons while you wait. The extraction prompts and Claude setup can be done in a single focused work session. Most people complete the core migration within a few days of starting the workshop.
No. This workshop is not about abandoning ChatGPT. It's about making sure your AI infrastructure is not entirely dependent on one platform. Many people who go through this migration continue to use both tools, choosing whichever fits the task at hand. The goal is a portable AI brain you own — not a loyalty pledge to either platform.
Everything is pre-recorded and hosted inside the Empowered AI Collective on Skool. Once you are inside of the Skool community, you will purchase under the "classroom" tab and have immediate access.
No technical background required. This workshop is built for online business owners, content creators, and digital product sellers — not developers. The extraction prompts are copy-and-paste ready, and the framework for Claude Projects and Skills is taught from a practical business-use perspective, not a technical one.
You could ask Claude to help you figure this out — and you would spend a significant amount of time doing exactly what I spent time doing. Testing different approaches, learning what works and what doesn't, figuring out where your custom GPTs belong. This workshop gives you the tested process and the specific extraction prompts, so you don't have to work through trial and error on your own.
The standalone workshop is $55 one time and gives you everything in the AI Brain Migration Lab — all 8 lessons, the workbook, and all the extraction prompts. That's it, and it's a complete package. EBS is $49 per month and includes the AI Brain Migration Lab free for all members, plus a full library of AI workshops, monthly live calls with Monica, monthly Get It Done Weeks with the whole community, six Claude Skills, Monica's private podcast, and GPT tools. If you want this workshop and nothing else, the standalone is the right call. If you want ongoing implementation support and a community building with you, EBS is the better investment at essentially the same monthly price as the standalone.
EBS is my paid membership community for digital product creators who want AI doing real work in their business. Every month includes a structured Get It Done Week where the whole community works on the same implementation challenge together, a live Coffee Chat with me, and new workshops added to the Classroom. Members get access to the full workshop library, six Claude Skills through Creator OS: Skills That Sell, a GPT library, my private podcast with 40+ episodes, and a leaderboard with real perks like shop credit, free GPTs, and a personal Loom review from me. You can learn more at society.empoweredbusiness.co.
Eight lessons. One workbook. A portable AI system that belongs to you — not to a platform. Grab the workshop standalone, or get it included with an EBS membership.
