Why I built this
I have an MBA in finance and spent years in brand management before running my own business, so I should have been the last person guessing at her own numbers. I was guessing anyway.
I built a dashboard for the Empowered Business Society®. The metrics told me how the membership was doing. The action list told me who needed an email before Friday. That second part changed how I operated, so it became the center of this workshop.
