27 tabs. One command center for your goals, content, funnels, and money, plus the numbers that did not exist in 2020: your MRR, your sponsorships, and your AI stack.

The original version of this planner ran my business through its first million dollars. Thousands of business owners have bought it since 2020, and the core of it still works: one place for your goals, your content, your funnels, and your money, instead of eleven scattered tools and a prayer.
But 2020 me ran her business on a blog and Pinterest. There was a whole tab just for tracking pins. The affiliate tracker had a column where you were supposed to type your passwords. The example process taught you how to schedule Instagram posts through Buffer. None of that is how my business works anymore, and I would bet it is not how yours works either.
So I did not give it a coat of paint. I rebuilt it: every tab, every formula, every example, and every benchmark, for the way creator businesses run in 2026.
This is a live preview of four of the 27 tabs, built with the same layout, colors, and logic as the file you will download. Click the sheet tabs at the bottom to switch, exactly like you will in Google Sheets.

Sample numbers shown. The countdown above is live, and it is the same formula that runs on the real Dashboard.
Click a system. This is the same color logic you will see on the tab strip inside the file.
This is a scaled-down version of the new Membership & MRR tab. Put in your numbers (or the numbers you want) and watch it think.
The real tab also tracks churn month by month and color-codes it against healthy benchmarks.
Twelve live tiles: projected revenue, profit, MRR, sponsorship revenue, AI spend, goal progress, and more. You never type a thing on it.
The content planner and process templates assume you work with AI: voice-note your take, draft in your voice, edit until it sounds like you.
MRR, churn, and member counts with benchmarks, because a membership is not a product launch and should not be tracked like one.
Rates, deliverables, run dates, invoices. Booked versus collected, totaled for you.
The old password columns are gone, replaced with a password-manager checklist. Your logins were never supposed to live in a Google Sheet.
Quick start, tab-by-tab instructions, and troubleshooting live inside the file. Skim it, search it, done.
This planner has been in the wild since 2020, refined by six years of real businesses using it every week: shop owners, course creators, service providers, and newsletter writers. The 2026 edition is everything they taught me, rebuilt into one file.
I am Monica Froese. This spreadsheet is not a template someone designed to look productive. It is the planning system I used while my business crossed its first million, updated to match how I run things today: an email-first business with a membership, sponsors, and AI doing the heavy lifting.
I also have two daughters, which means every tab in this file exists because it saves time, not because it fills space.
This is for you if you sell digital products, run a service business online, or make money as a creator, and your "system" is currently four spreadsheets, two Notion pages, and a number in your head. It works whether you are at $500 months or $50,000 months, because the tabs you are not ready for yet (sponsors, membership) will sit there waiting until you are.
It is not for you if you want software that syncs to your bank account automatically, or a course that teaches business strategy. This is a planning and tracking system you fill in yourself, on purpose. The fifteen minutes a week you spend in it is the point: that is the CEO habit the whole thing is built around.

It is built for Google Sheets, and that is where everything shines: the checkboxes, the clickable navigation, the live dashboard. The formulas are written to work in Excel too, so Excel users can absolutely use it, but a few Sheets-specific touches (like the tick-box cells) behave as simple TRUE/FALSE values there. If you have a free Google account, you are set.

No, and that is deliberate. The old version had a video, and the truth is nobody wants to scrub through 40 minutes of footage to answer one question. The 2026 edition has a full written guide built into the file: a quick start, instructions and troubleshooting for every tab, and a color key that makes the whole system make sense in about two minutes. You can read it, search it, and come back to it.
Five steps, and none of them involve formulas. You make a copy, set your goals, and type this year into three gold boxes. That is the entire setup. The rule inside is simple: white cells are yours to type in, gold cells calculate themselves. Every formula is protected against the errors spreadsheets usually throw, so you will never see #DIV/0! staring back at you.
Yes. The planning core (goals, content, funnels, email, money) is the engine of the file, and it works from day one at any size. The MRR and sponsorship tabs sit ready for the day you need them, and having them there is a quiet nudge to build toward revenue streams you might not have considered yet.
The spreadsheet lives in your own Google account, and your numbers never pass through anyone else's hands, including mine. The 2026 edition also removed the old password columns entirely, because credentials belong in a password manager, not a spreadsheet. Your business data stays exactly as private as your Google account is.
